If you have any questions about the USDA eligibility maps in Kentucky for USDA loans, please give me a call or email me below:
I also offer same day loan pre-approvals for USDA loans in every county of Kentucky.

Kentucky USDA Loan requirements are fairly straight forward. Credit scores preferred for a USDA loan are currently set at 640, you must meet the Income Requirements for your area, and if you have Student Loans, you need to know how Kentucky USDA underwriters will treat the type of Student Loan you have n calculating your ratios.
