U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is transitioning the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program

Integration Update for the Kentucky Single-Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program As previously communicated on November 27, 2019, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is transitioning the Kentucky Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program (SFHGLP) to an integrated, national model.   Guidance for Loan Submissions Files in Process: Kentucky loan files received and reviewed by state staff prior to January 19, 2020 will be completed by state staff. New Submissions: Continue to use the Guaranteed Underwriting System (GUS) as you have in the past, this integration will have no impact on access to USDA systems.  For Kentucky loans, manual file submissions should be sent to USDA's Team Two at SFHGLPTWO@usda.gov.
